1. Should – Strong Advice or Recommendation
- Used when giving a direct suggestion.
- Implies that something is a good idea.
Example:
You should eat more vegetables to stay healthy.
She should study more if she wants to pass the exam.
2. Could – A Suggestion or Possibility
- Used to suggest an option without being too direct.
- Implies that something is possible but not necessarily the best choice.
Example:
You could try talking to your manager about your problem.
We could go to the new restaurant if you want.
3. Would – Polite Advice or Hypothetical Situations
- Used to make advice sound more polite or hypothetical.
- Often used with “if I were you.”
Example:
If I were you, I would take that job offer.
I wouldn’t buy that phone; it’s too expensive.
